Goodland is a small village, located 5 miles from the city of Marco Island.
Our waterfront cottages are located on one of the most spectacular pieces of land on the island. Our view is not visible from any other land point. Our property sits looking out over the Goodland Bay, directly at the untouchable Everglades. No lights in the distance. No other property on the island holds such beauty.
Most of our units are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottages. Soon we will have a 2/1 available. All guests have access to the vast waterfront property, fishing pier, boat dockage, kayak launch, kayaks, and bicycles.
This quaint historic fishing village is a small slice of
“Old Florida”. This small stretch of paradise, holds the key to great fishing, fabulous shelling adventures, wildlife viewing, great restaurants, nightly entertainment, top rated beaches, and so much more.
Whether you dream of shelling, fishing, boating, kayaking, or just relaxing in the sun, we have a place for you.
